About India Government Mint, Mumbai:
India Government Mint, Mumbai (IGM Mumbai), is a unit of SPMCIL (Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited). Established in 1829, it is one of the oldest mints in India. IGM Mumbai is responsible for manufacturing circulation coins, commemorative coins, medals, and medallions. Additionally, it conducts gold and silver refining activities and houses an Assay laboratory. The unit offers a comprehensive range of services, covering all stages of the minting process.

Qualifications Required:
1. Junior Technician:
   - ITI in Fitter, Turner, Welder, Carpenter, Attendant Operator – Chemical Plant, Moulder, Foundryman/Furnaceman, Heat Treatment, Blacksmith.

2. Junior Office Assistant:
   - Graduate pass in relevant discipline.
   - Proficiency in typing.

3. Junior Bullion Assistant:
   - Graduate pass in relevant discipline.
   - Proficiency in typing.

Selection Process:
The selection process for these positions will involve a Computer Based Test (CBT).
